I love beef jerky! What I don't love is the typical jerky that's tough to chew with a laundry list of ingredients that you can't pronounce. Pegasus Jerky Company was created to bring beef jerky back to basics: handcrafted with natural ingredients. We trim our meat to the leanest possible cuts and marinade in small batches so each slice of meat comes out tender and full of flavor!
